About Us
Out of the Woods Winery is a MacLaughlin Family collaboration. We carry a selection of wine, cider and mead from wineries in Wisconsin and all over the world. We’ve made a selection of whites, fruit wine, meads and ciders, all in bottles and available to taste and purchase. What’s New
We closed the kitchen for the summer but are open to folks bringing food into the shop to enjoy with some wine. On the Mead front, we just bottled our Apple and Cherry meads. On the cider front, we’ve got Hopped Cider, Tart Cherry and Port Barrel Ciders on tap. Musky Lure Merlot is recently in bottles and is ready for Musky Fest. The labels feature three different lures designed by local guides. Look for Spring Lake Sauvignon Blanc and Tiger Cat Riesling in the fall! Our summer hours will be Tuesday through Sunday. Stop by for a bottle to go or a glass of wine, conversation and good company. We’d love to see you.
Patricia MacLaughlin Gallery
Out of the Woods Winery, in partnership with Art Beat of Hayward, is proud to house a gallery created in honor of our loving mother and gifted painter, Patricia MacLaughlin. The gallery will feature four exhibits per year.
We are currently featuring an exhibit by local artist, Donna Post titled, “The Creations of Donna Post.” A limited selection of the works can be seen on our digital Gallery Page. Join us for the opening on June 11, 4 pm to 7 pm to enjoy a glass of wine, cider, mead or beer and experience the whole show in person. The show will run through July, 2025.
